How it works
- Fill in the form below and submit
- We will check that we can accommodate your changes
- We will then email you to confirm and send a link for any additional charges
- Changes will not be final until any additional payment has been made
Changes to orders are subject to the following Terms and Conditions :
- Items may be removed from an existing order up to 90 days prior to the event date.
- Within 90 days of the event date, your order value is confirmed in full: no items may be removed, cancelled, or refunded, and you remain liable for the full amount of your order as confirmed.
- Exchanges of individual items for items of equal or greater value may be made up to 14 days prior to the event date, subject to availability.
- Additions can be made at any time by placing a new order, subject to availability.
