This provides structured way to order your flowers for your special day. By going through the different sections, we hope that you will remember everything you need.
- Enter your Wedding date.
- Choose from our range of Bridal Bouquets, Bridesmaids bouquets, Posies, Buttonholes, and Decor items from the dropdown sections and add to basket as you go (click on the + symbol to open each section) .
- Check that you have everything you want in your basket – the more you spend, the more discount you receive.
- Calculate your discount from the table provided
- Checkout using your coupon code from step 4.
Enter your Wedding date and make sure the Checkout date has the SAME date – then click APPLY
All products are available for UK-wide hire, packaged beautifully with return labels and setup instructions.

Delivery & Returns
- Free shipping & returns on orders over £300
- £25 delivery fee for orders under £300
- Flowers arrive 3 days before your wedding
- Return courier collection 2 days after your wedding (if this falls on a weekend, collection will be arranged for the next working day)
- 50% deposit required to confirm your booking
- Remaining balance due 30 days before your wedding
Important Information
- All hire items remain the property of The Floral Hire and must be returned in the condition they arrived.
- A refundable security deposit is taken with every order and is returned once items are safely checked back in.
- Late or missing returns may incur additional charges, in line with our full Terms & Conditions.
- Availability is always subject to demand — our most popular collections are often reserved 12–18 months in advance.
